Passing the client real ip address

Hello

I am hosting shout on linux and it's not passing the correct client IP address when doing /who on the users. It's showing the server IP address that the program is being hosting on. This is a major security concern and the correct IP address should be passed to the IRCD.

Maybe use cloak as part of the user's real name and add option so the real name can not be changed.
