Add option to only remove app or only to remove the preferences/settings #1

Sometimes the app settings/preferences will contain important information that you want keep if you only want to downgrade an app.

Also if you want to troubleshoot a crashing app you do not need a full uninstall & reinstall of the full application. Just wiping the settings and cache files is enough.

It would be nice if an additional argument is implemented: suggestion: App | Settings | All

Will it cover all (or most) use cases if we exclude the appFiles with a path that includes <<Users>> ?
We need to create an option for this behaviour
I see there is a start in the header with IGNORE_USER_DIRS=0
