Publish on npm and document it

Is this published on npm? If it isn't, I think it should be. I know Polymer might be hurting that effort for the moment. And when it does get published on npm, can that be documented in the README?

@lastmjs I'd love to but there's already a published project with the same name. For the meantime, just pull from GitHub.
