Bumped major version of all snapshots for .v .kv. .ef files because I introduced earlier a change of internal format.
The change of format is related not only to accounts domain but also the other domains, this is why I changed versions for other domains: commitment, code, ... etc
Question - do I forget any file types where compressor is used as well? (.bt format?).
