Fix devo12e screen
* Initial FrSky ACCST V2.1.x support * Add bind mode support to FrSkyX protocols some more code style clean-up * Replaced CRC calculation code with Version from MPM to fit code into the Devo7e module * Replace magic numbers with proper definitions Code cleanup, verify the code fits for all targets
Fix Devo12 build
DSM & Bayang telemetry page only shows header, there are no labels or data, just a black rectangle in the middle of the display. Bug affects transmitters without extended telemetry: devo7e, devof4 & devof7. The emulator for devo f7 shows the telemetry page properly. With this fix telemetry DSM page of devo7e is now properly displayed, and there are no changes on devo f7 (checked on emulator).
