When I disable ergoemacs by (running M-a ergoemacs-mode), I go back to emacs default keybinding however, when I use some commands that have C-x (including C-x C-s and C-x C-f and C-x C-w but not C-x C-h or C-x C-x) the whole application freezes, the cpu usage goes very high and I need to kill the process manually.

My Operating system: debian 11
I tested it both on emacs 27 with ergoemacs package on melpa (20230207.1551) and with emacs 29.1 with the current ergoemacs cloned from this repository.
