We found a bug in the SMDB Participant Details editing process.

To reproduce:
(1) Edit and submit a field. Do not click 'save changes.'
(2) Edit and submit another field. Do not click 'save changes.'
(3) Try to re-edit the field from step 1, the step 2 field will pop up.
