QSRV: Please register with the dbServer API

QSRV does not currently register with the IOC's dbServer API, so it doesn't appear in the output from dbsr:

I currently have to know about and run pvasr separately — just a reminder.

It would be a good idea for the kind of detail shown to match that of casr at least for the cases 0 and 1 although casr just adds more stuff at higher levels which is different to pvasr.

Yup, this needs to be done, and it had fallen off my todo list (I forgot). It's back on now, though not a priority for me.
