移动、联通、移动宽带都不行
但是download.tonzhon.com可以访问

遇到同样的问题，哪怕VPN也是无法访问，不会又是被封禁了吧，555~~~~

服务器在境内，有备案，被罚款了。我建议把服务器搬到国外

备案是个人网站备案

根本就不是翻墙的问题。是站长被训诫了还被罚款了。可不可以大家出点钱支持一下站长让他把服务器搬到香港或者其他国家
