Update cache on DB upload

Currently, when a DB is uploaded with new games, they are looked up on the next game list or game grid request, so the user has to wait (and doesn't get any feedback as to why). We should trigger a cache update immediately after getting a new DB, so the user (probably) won't have to wait on the next request.
