Only plays 2D video, not 3D

I have tried playing 3D 180 videos on MacMorpheus and it does not play them in 3D. It only plays them in 2D, taking the "left eye" image and putting that image in for both eyes.

Attached is a small example video that demonstrates the problem (zipped into a zip file so that GitHub would accept it).

Repro:

• Unzip the attached example file.
• Play the example file in QuickTime player.
• See that the left and right images are different, allowing for 3D effect. (Though head tracking does not work.)
• Play example file in MacMorpheus.
• See that the left and right images are identical, making the 3D effect disappear.
