Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
The plotting library is missing drag and zoom support in the plot.

Describe the solution you'd like
I'd like to drag and zoom in the plot to adjust the plot bounds.

Describe alternatives you've considered
N/A

Additional context
The new custom memory will be great for saving the bounds between frames.

I've already started working on this and will open a PR soon.
