  • Support Python >= 4.0

    Currently, some dependencies (notably related to OpenAPI tool services) require Python<4.0. This makes it hard for some people to install if, for example, they're using a package manager that automatically sets the required Python version as >= 3.10 (which doesn't limit to < 4.0). We need to fix it to make installation easier.
