Enhance Hero Section UI on Ember.js Homepage

Description:
The current hero section on the Ember.js homepage could benefit from some visual enhancements to make it more engaging and modern. We should consider updating the following elements:

1. Hero Section: Add parallax effects, better background images, and bold fonts for a more dynamic look.
2. CTA Button: Make the button larger, vibrant, and add a hover effect for interactivity.
3. Navigation: Increase spacing between items and add hover effects for a modern feel.
4. Text Contrast: Improve readability with better contrast between text and background.
5. Graphics: Enhance background graphics with subtle animations or simplify for a cleaner look.

I’ve identified a few potential UI improvements for the Ember.js website, including enhancing contrast for better readability, improving the visibility and interactivity of the call-to-action buttons, and ensuring better consistency in the header design.

Please assign this task to me, and I’d be happy to work on the improvements.

At the moment we're still executing the plan to redesign the website as defined in the Website Redesign RFC: https://rfcs.emberjs.com/id/0425-website-redesign

I would have to check but I think a change like this might need to go through a new redesign RFC 🤔
