I had to chance my password in my remote server and now I can't access it using Taxi. I should be able to edit my bookmark or at least delete it to create a new one.

Yes, this is currently in the work for the next version.
Thanks for using Taxi and sorry for the annoying UX

Is there any file I can edit/delete to reset my bookmarks?

How can i change a bookmark, the program is completely useless if i can not edit a bookmark
