I'll plan to cut and publish v3.4.0 tomorrow.

On second though.. I'd prefer to get #93 merged and cut a 4.0 release instead, given that we've change the case-sensitivity in headers and such. So unless you need a patch release cut off of 3.3.0, I'd say this is a duplicate of #94.

Sure, we can close it as a duplicate :-) thanks. Btw, where will the incompatibilities be pointed out? e.g. do you have a MIGRATION document?

I've updated the change log in #102, and so far it's just the header case sensitivity that's potentially breaking, unless you count fixing #90 😄
