DM colours feel inconsistent

This is a personal opinion on taste/aesthetic - feel free to reject.

I find it confusing that my DMs are a different colour to other people's DMs. It makes me think that they're different things, or that they have different 'privacy' options.

I would suggest making them all the orange colour (grey is a bit sadder than orange)

That's a good point. I was following Twitter here, as DMs have two colors. The difference is that on Twitter, DMs are in a far-away corner compared to regular posts. Let's get back to orange only. @TodePond would you like to do the PR? I'll do it if not later.
