Support wide emoji

Mastodon usually supports the emoji with 1:1 resolution. But some forks (like fedibird.com) and other Fediverse servers such as Misskey support wider emoji images.

Currently, Elk only assumes the square emoji and that causes the squashed rendering of such emojis.
