Fast reading

I found that when entering in smartcopy it takes a significant amount of time waiting until the profile is read (normal... there are some REST calls), I have a proposal to save some time (potentially this can be made a selectable option):

• When a new page is loaded SmartCopy should read the webpage.
• If the webpage is one of the key webpages (i.e. FamilySearch, Ancestry...) read in the background the data of the profile.

This way some work is done in advance for the user and avoids some waiting time.
