Run test command broken in multi-root workspaces

Environment

• Elixir & Erlang versions (elixir --version): all
• VSCode ElixirLS version: master
• Operating System Version: all

Troubleshooting

To reproduce:

1. Open/create a multi-root workspace
2. Click on the Run test code lens in one project. The test should run fine
3. Click on the Run test code lens in other project.

Result:
test fails to run as the terminal window is reused but it's pwd is wrong
