Alert specification for tests on Snapshots doesn't work

Describe the bug
Alerting specification doesn't work for the snapshot folder.

To Reproduce
Create a snapshot and create a test for it.
Specification of channel, subscribers, and suppression interval doesn't work for it.
I tried 3 options:

• yaml for snapshot-mdoel
• yaml for test
• config section of sql file.

Expected behavior
All parameters that could be set for the model/test should work for snapshot too

Environment (please complete the following information):

• Elementary CLI (edr) version: 0.15.1
• Elementary dbt package version: 0.15.2
• dbt version you're using:1.8.2
• Data warehouse: snowflake

Thanks for opening this.
I believe you're right, unfortunately we don't have good support for snapshots at the moment and in particular handling configuration specified at the snapshot level.
