button tinting is broken on status theme / custom tinting does not apply on first load #7525

Switching to light and back fixes it again

Ahboo, the fix for #6424 had a side-effect maybe?

Have updated the title. This applies to account-wide tinting too if you land on the homepage rather than a room. Looks like it's an edge case that wasn't fixed by matrix-org/matrix-react-sdk#2214
