Your use case

What would you like to do?

Whatever dialog i'm in, i'd expect cmd-enter (or equivalent on windows/linux) to hit the default 'green' button - typically Okay. Similarly, hitting escape should always cancel it.

In practice, this doesn't work reliably (e.g. cmd-enter doesn't work on the rageshake dialog prompt)

Why would you like to do it?

Keyboard shortcut accessibility

Have you considered any alternatives?
