Image-specific right-click context menus

With matrix-org/matrix-react-sdk#6386 merged, I realised that a right-click context menu in the same vein as matrix-org/matrix-react-sdk#5672, but for images, would be ergonomic to use.

Discord already has one, which in it's latest iterations shows as follows;

Or a more scoped menu while showing the image in the fullscreen image preview mode;

I've attempted this at one point but getting the image into the clipboard isn't always possible...

That's fine, I think already the options of Download, Copy Link, Open Link would be enough for that context menu.

(slightly unrelated) I've been trying to figure out how well discord and other clients support copying and pasting images/media as well, but i've realised it's not as easy as it looks like, as it's a variety of sources that images are drawn from (when pasting) and a variety of formats images can be represented in (when copying and/or pasting).

I think in general a larger internal refactor could help with this, but i don't think it's needed for this feature, just a quick options menu :D
