1. Open Settings
2. Open Preferences
3. Select Language
4. Select Frysk (FY)
5. Quit Element
6. Start Element, it crashes

This is due to an empty translation for the string call: https://github.com/vector-im/element-android/blob/main/vector/src/main/res/values-fy/strings.xml#L938

Using an empty string to set up the notification channel is not allowed by the system.

Let's make the code robust and update (or remove) the empty translation on Weblate
