There seems to be an issue using this on captive portals with Android as Android's captive portal detector doesn't failover to DHCP DNS servers to allow redirections.

Investigate seeing if there's a way to handle this upstream.

Was going to add this issue myself, making things more complicated, some captive portals require requests to domains that are sometimes blocked by pihole's blocklists. E.g. I know of one WiFi captive portal provider that requires you to log into Facebook to gain access to the WiFi.
