Fix deprecations for ML-related runners with Elasticsearch 7.x

When running our nightly benchmarks, we see several deprecation warnings in the logs:

With elastic/elasticsearch#35958, the _xpack path component in URLs is deprecated. To mitigate, we should:

• Upgrade the Elasticsearch Python client (see Upgrade Elasticsearch client to latest (7.0.5). #795)
• implement a fallback in all ML_related runners for versions for Elasticsearch before 7.0.0 (see ForceMerge for an example)
