add support for journal remote protocol

Would be excellent if forwarder could end logs in JEF: http://www.freedesktop.org/wiki/Software/systemd/export/
The transport could be simple https post with Transfer-Encoding: chunked and Content-Type: application/vnd.fdo.journal
This would allow to transparently aggregate log entries into single secure and efficient storage.
