This PR adds the `appName` and `appVersion` parameters used by ems-client. The `appVersion` parameter replaces the now deprecated `kbnVersion` parameter in ems-client.

Updates the ems-client dependency to 7.7.0 which also updates the Elastic Maps Service version used by Kibana to v7.7.
This PR also adds the
appNameandappVersionparameters used by ems-client. TheappVersionparameter replaces the now deprecatedkbnVersionparameter in ems-client. These parameters set themy_app_nameandmy_app_versionquery parameters in requests to Elastic Maps Service APIs.For more info, see elastic/ems-client#18
To check this, confirm that requests for the tiles and vector manifests from the Maps app and legacy map visualizations request the .../v7.7/manifest. Also confirm that the requests for manifests, files, and tiles add
my_app_name=kibanaandmy_app_version=7.7.0in the query string.
