[Metrics UI] Filter bar in alert flyout has no effect on expression chart

In the above screenshot, the chart in the alert flyout should be completely empty based on the expression filter. Instead it's displaying the unfiltered metric.

The Filter bar may not be affecting the charts rendered underneath each expression.

Turns out this was fixed in #64937 and the bug was in an outdated snapshot
