Summary

Fix the unnecessary whole-table re-render that happens when you open a flyout. This should fix the delay.

@nikitaindik @jpdjere I'm closing this ticket because it's probably a bit outdated. After we implement the ThreeWayDiff UI and before we release Milestone 3, we will revisit the rendering performance of the flyout and open new tickets if needed.
