• Refactored Service and Repository files to use classes instead of arrow functions.
• Updated Router files to use standard functions instead of arrow functions.
• Modified imports to include type declarations where necessary.
• Cleaned up the root directory by removing excess setup files, including semantic-release and other unnecessary files.
