Spam happens. Not having the ability to post links is a good thing, but that doesn't mean that nonlinking spam won't be posted as a byproduct. Also a flag abuse button so our lady/trans/gay/nonwhite users can flag mean stuff to be removed by moderators.

I may also want to create a code of conduct that we use to remove such abuse (unless of course, it is a constructive part of a story and not aimed at a user). While I'm a strong proponent of free speech on the internet even if it is harmful, we don't have to be providing a home for it. They can get their own.

We will need to figure out how this will fit in with other moderation features.
