Version of VSCode: 1.22.2
Version of the extension: 0.4.2
OS: macOS 10.12.6

Description:

I'd prefer setting up Rust toolchains via Docker and use VS Code on macOS. Is this possible? Or do I have to install Rust toolchains on macOS?
