From the description I guess that atomtopubsub will send the whole atom feed to pubsub. Please support a switch that fills the database of sent links so that only new articles are sent to pubsub.

I am working on a news bot which also supports PubSub, with some code based on atomtopubsub.

This bot has a mechanism to send only new links.

Currently, it was tested with the PubSub node allocated to each JID on Movim (i.e. urn:xmpp:microblog:0).
