The ECHO national datasets give a "download summary" for each data bundle that is available for download here: .
When a user requests a data set in the ECHO-Cross-Program drop down, we can provide a link to the specific page with the field descriptions.
For example, if they choose a CAA data set (violations, inspections, enforcement) then we could insert a link to this page to facilitate looking up the meanings of the fields in the data we are presenting.
