CERRA Temperature Extremes #14
Comments
Please make sure that the notebook name is correct. If you need to make modifications, please share here the new version of the notebook and I will provide a new permalink. |
Hi @malmans2 I don't not know whether it changes something in the definition of the permalink, but we realized that this notebook was initially associated to a wrong dataset (CERRA-Land instead of CERRA). A new task has been created with the correct data catalogue. The correct task ID is: eb8a422d-00b2-11ef-b710-2e9677d436a1 |
Hi @sandrocalmanti, Can we close this issue in favour of #58? Or are they different notebooks? |
Got it! |
No worries about the new task ID. In the future, when everything will be more stable, you'll use the workflow ID. The workflow ID is constant and does not change like tasks. Is the Dataset Name provided in the very fist comment correct? ( |
Yes, that's correct. |
Hi @sandrocalmanti @chiaravol, Unfortunately, next time you'll run this notebook you'll find out that there's a small bug. Anyways, the fix is quite simple. I already implemented in the template of this notebook. See: bopen/c3s-eqc-toolbox-template@675c8b2 |
I just got this error on the parent notebook on CERRA climatology and was about to ask. Fixing bugs before asking ... that's efficiency. Thank you @malmans2 |
@malmans2 here's the updated notebook on CERRA-extremes |
Unfortunately, right now GitHub is having issues rendering jupyter notebooks. It's not a problem in our project, but a GitHub issue I'm seeing for all notebooks on GitHub. You shouldn't have problems in the CIM as Predictia implemented a custom rendering. |
Dear @malmans2, here's the updated NB for CERRA on climate extremes reanalysis_reanalysis-cerra-single-levels_climate-and-weather-extremes_q01.zip This is the workflow ID: Task: 8f4e1d56-86ad-11ef-ba42-3ada602b6be8 |
Please ensure that the notebook name is correct. If you need to make any modifications (e.g., addressing the reviewer's comments), please share the new version of the notebook here, and I will provide a new permalink. Let me know once the notebook is accepted, and I will merge the PR into the main branch. I had to make a minor change: You should use the usual reference syntax for the B-Open software references as well. I.e., |
Actually, one more issue. By chance I noticed you always referenced |
