Create a Linux based docker image for Ponte #35

To enable jump start and easier integration of Ponte in other cloud environments it would be nice to build a Docker image.

The image should be Linux based, preferably a popular and easy to use distro like Ubuntu.
The image should have all the dependencies of Ponte pre-installed and should be create after the issues #28, #29 and #30 are solved
