Current Behaviour
the api is called 3 times

Expected Behaviour
GET: api/administration/serviceaccount/owncompany/serviceaccounts should be call one time only.

Steps To Reproduce

1.Move to https://portal.int.catena-x.net/userManagement
2.Click on Technical User Management
3.Check api calls
