Search in App overview doesn't work with numeric and special characters

Current Behavior

By navigating to the App Overview from the App Management observe the Search Box which filter the apps. The filter Box doesn't work with the special characters and numeric characters as an user input.

Expected Behavior

The search box in App Overview should also accept special characters and numeric characters as an input parameters.

Steps To Reproduce

• Navigate to the App Management from the top navigation and click on it.
• Select the App Overview from the options.
• Scroll down a bit and observe the behaviour of search box with special and numeric characters.
