Update the asset documentation

• New Backend Registration Application Checklist - proper version upgrade documentation documentation needed - explaining the wallet connection switch impact on the company registration
  • strong suggestion of not having ongoing company application validations
  • migration to new wallet solution to be considered/checked
  • ....basically "ITS NOT JUST AN EASY SWITCH"
• DIM Status List Handling (we did not implemented a switch) - as per our opinion that should be handled by the wallet itself. The status list to be used is defined in the component config and should get removed on the long run since the status list should be not relevant for the interface at all
