Problem Description:

The kotlin-wot framework currently lacks the capability to discover Things through a Thing Directory Server, limiting its ability to dynamically Things.

Thing Discovery Mechanism:

Develop a discovery mechanism that allows kotlin-wot to search for and retrieve TDs from the Thing Directory Server based on specified criteria (e.g., Thing type, capabilities).
