Quickfix overlay parly hidden by other views #13046

Bug Description:

The QuickFix overlay in the code editor can be hidden/cut off if another view is in the way. See screenshots

Steps to Reproduce:

  1. Open a file in the cod editor
  2. navigate to the last line and press CTRL+SPACE
  3. Pop ups get hidden by the view below. This also applies to pop-us on hover over, e.g. blame annotations

Additional Information

  • Operating System: Linux
  • Theia Version: 1.43
