Face Detect control doesn't accept 'CIF' framesize #106

PR #102 changes the values of framesize for some options, CIF is now 6. The Face Detect control and two others in the index_xxx.h files test for 'framesize.value > 5v and so reject CIF.

Sorry for the brief 'Thanks' there, as investigating this I immediatelly realised that Face Recognition seems to be broken completely (on my test module, anyway). Had to put it to one side and get some sleep.

I've already put a fix in to my repo but need to tackle #107 before I can release anything
