弱网环境下，视频加载过程中往右滑动，程序崩溃 #30

具体操作过程：
正常网络下，打开在线视频列表，
切换至弱网环境，打开任意视频，点击播放，此时显示loading框，往右滑动，即可复现。

临时解决方案：
在左滑及右滑事件回调处增加容错处理
