  • GitLens Version: 8.2.2
  • VSCode Version: 1.22.2
  • OS Version: OSX 10.13.4

Steps to Reproduce:

  1. Configure remote repository ("gitlens.remotes": [{...}])
  2. Open a file, open command palette.
  3. There is no "Open in remote" command.

Opening a file in remote by right-click on the file name in explorer works fine.
