Currently there are some quircks in the CLI which can be improved upon.

  1. Remove deprecated Rollapp object fields from the queries response

  2. remove states query doesn't work

  3. latest-state-index is not usable for users and should be remove

4. missing latest-height and latest-height --finalized on queries

  1. rollapp list should show rollapp heights as well
