If this question comes up again, I will dedicate some time to it.
Meanwhile Postgres is the "Most Loved" Database in the 2022 SO Dev Survey: dwyl/learn-elixir#102 (comment)
And it works very well for our needs so we have no plans to replace it.
If anything we will use Supabase #93 which is Postgres under the hood. 🚀
