e.g:

Install:

vagrant plugin install vagrant-triggers

Add:

config.trigger.before :up do
  config.vm.provision "bootstrap", type: "shell", inline: "sudo -i && mkdir -p /home/root/.ssh/"
end

Just about to test this syntax ... 🤞
