disableLinkage设置成true，不联动的时候，v-model绑定的城市值丢失

disableLinkage设置成true，不联动的时候，v-model绑定的城市值不回显，
例如：['河北省','石家庄市']；在控件上，城市没有回显；而且值好像也丢失了。
